cannot find triode's spotify pluggin with newer LMS version

Hi all
I have been using version 7.9.1-1492077569 for quite some time now and I had no problem with triode's spotify.
I am setting up a new pc now and the version I find to download is 7.9.1- 1513951369 in which I can no longer find triode's spotify in the third party apps?
Have you encountered this?
Or is this something wrong I have done?

I have set up spotify on my duet and later on my touch before and I am not sure if I had to download something before looking in the 3rd party folder...
