Spotify Triode Qnap - not working

Hi,

I have a QNAP 212 and I am trying to run the Spotify plugin. The first couple of times it worked, but since then, for a number of days now, I am getting the following errors:

I can ping ap.spotify.com from the NAS box.

I have tried re-inputting the user name an password on the plugin setting page on a number of occasions.
Also re-starting the server.

Help please:)
