squeezelite-win crashes every time (Win 10 64-bit)

For a long time, I'd been using squeezelite-win to stream on my desktop from my LMS machine. At the time, I was using a USB dac, which I have since removed. I went to try to run squeezewin-lite today, and it kept closing/crashing about five seconds after opening from CMD. I thought it was probably a command-line argument problem concerning the audio device, but just tried squeezelite-win.exe -l to enumerate the devices, but had the same result -- after about five seconds, the command prompt returned without displaying any device information.

Any idea what's going on? FWIW, the version I have is v1.9.2-1165, while my version of Windows 10 Pro is 1809.
