I have not been able to install Spotty on my old MacBook Pro running MacOS 10.6.8.
When I try to enable Spotty in the Plugins tab of the Web Remote Control interface of LMS (by choosing 'Apply') I get a prompt to Restart Server Now/Restart Server Later, but whichever I choose, the Spotty plugin disappears completely from the list of all Plugins. I have tried using probably half a dozen different versions of LMS, but to no avail.
I should add that I have had no problems installing Spotty in LMS 7.7.6 running on my other, newer MacBook Pro running MacOS 10.13.6 (High Sierra).
Is this just an insurmountable problem with the old OS version?
Thanks in advance.
