I have visited Beatport after a long time and it seemed different than I remember.
You can listen to full streams, add tracks to your playlists, listen to other playlists, like songs and buy them if you want. They have an api, although I don't know if it's enough. You can use their service with and without an account.
It's maybe like Bandcamp, clean and straightforward for the user. They are a great source for electronic music.
Is someone interested to start a Beatport plugin? I'm sure there are other testers available, too.
