As some of you, I am affected with the "general transcient error" issue when doing search on Triode's spotify plugin.
Hello,
As I know this plugin development ended some years ago, and is only compatible with some old libspotify API (10.1.16).
I hope it is only a server issue but I keep thinking the dreaded day has arrived...progressive end of libspotify support (at least old versions...).
The problem is 80% of what I listen is on spotify (far before 15% of radio straming and 5% of my preferred/unavailable albums in FLAC format still stored locally on my NAS).
In fact this is the only reason I am still paying a spotify premium account every month (as android version is now usable with free accounts...)
I know nothing about programming but is it possible to update the plugin so it can use the last libraries? (or even the new WEB/REST API?)
I also dream of a plugin with enhanced support like possibility to view Albums / Songs favourited from the official spotify client!
Why not doing crowd-funding? (I prefer putting money in this instead of buying a new multiroom solution...)
Thanks
