Iplayer Extra only working when Dash is Disabled

Hi All

Recently ( not sure exactly when) my iplayer extra stopped working. I had no errors it just didn't play. I have now checked the " Do not use DASH" checkbox and it is working albeit at 128 kbps. I have Iplayer v1.4.9 and extra v 1.9.3 . with Dash>HLS>MP3>FlashAAC set for both live and on demand stream in the iplayer plugin. The other settings that I have in the iplayer plugin are: Use highest bitrate for both on demand and live and the allow transcoding tickbox is checked...

Any ideas
